Any refund will depend on the amount recoverable from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
If a customer does not arrive for the scheduled trip or does not use a booked service without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
No refund will normally be provided for services that the customer chooses not to use after the trip has started, including unused hotel nights, transportation, meals, sightseeing, or other included services.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.
Requests to change travel dates, vehicles, hotels, or itineraries may result in additional charges depending on availability and the policies of the relevant service providers.
