At Ambika Holidays, we aim to provide a smooth travel experience. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds for our tour and travel services.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Customers can request cancellation of their booking by contacting Ambika Holidays.
  • Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the travel date, hotel booking, transportation, and other services included in the package.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Refunds may be provided where applicable after deducting:

  • Hotel cancellation fees
  • Transportation cancellation charges
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges
  • Any non-refundable third-party charges

The final refundable amount will depend on the terms of the services booked.

3. Cancellation by Ambika Holidays

If Ambika Holidays needs to cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, or other unavoidable situations, we will try to provide an alternative arrangement where possible.

Any refund will depend on the amount recoverable from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

4. No-Show

If a customer does not arrive for the scheduled trip or does not use a booked service without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.

5. Unused Services

No refund will normally be provided for services that the customer chooses not to use after the trip has started, including unused hotel nights, transportation, meals, sightseeing, or other included services.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

7. Date & Itinerary Changes

Requests to change travel dates, vehicles, hotels, or itineraries may result in additional charges depending on availability and the policies of the relevant service providers.
